I am a native Oregonian born and raised in St. Helens Oregon. I spent 4 years in the U.S. Air force as a jet engine mechanic following high school. Following my discharge from the Air force, I attended college on the GI bill at Oregon State University, earning a degree in General Science. I then attended Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with a Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1980. I interned at Eastmoreland General Hospital in Portland Oregon, graduating in 1981. I opened my practice in Southeast Portland in 1981 and have been in practice here for the past 25 years.
My personal approach to medical practice is to treat my patients as I would want myself or my family members to be treated.
I believe that medical care can be enhanced by harnessing new technologies to provide better follow up and health maintenance.
